Thomas Bo Krogslund Jørgensen

Thomas Bo Krogslund Jørgensen is the founder of KJ Advice ApS, a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm based in Copenhagen. He brings over 15 years of experience in executive search, leadership assessment, and senior advisory roles — working closely with industrial, services, and telco companies, as well as private equity clients across Denmark and internationally.

Prior to founding KJ Advice, Thomas was a consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he led the firm's shipping and transport practice group and was a member of the extended leadership team within the Industrial and Natural Resources (INR) practice. Before that, he spent four years at Egon Zehnder — giving him deep grounding in two of the world's most respected executive advisory firms.

Earlier in his career, Thomas served as Manager and Finance Operations Lead at Deloitte, where he led Denmark's Business Process Outsourcing practice. He began his career at DFDS, where over six years he supported the company through transformations across finance, shipping, and logistics — including the establishment of a Shared Service Center with 150 FTEs across 17 locations in Northern Europe.

Through KJ Advice, Thomas supports organisations with C-suite recruitment, succession planning, leadership assessment, and executive career coaching — combining the rigour of tier-one advisory with the agility and client proximity of a boutique setup.
