Executive Search

Matching the right talent to the right role — with precision and discretion

Our approach

At KJ Advice, executive search begins with understanding your specific context. Before we map the market, we invest time with you and your organisation — clarifying role priorities, success criteria, and the cultural and strategic signals that will determine whether a candidate truly fits.

We offer a service that combines the rigour of tier-one search methodology with the agility of a boutique setup. That means faster decisions, closer dialogue, and a process calibrated to the pace and priorities of your organisation — without the overhead of large-firm structures.

Our primary focus is Danish companies seeking to fill corporate officer roles — in particular CFO, CHRO, and other C-suite and Level -1 positions. Within commercial and operational leadership, we work extensively with industrial and services companies, drawing on deep sector knowledge built over many years of client work.

Search calibration

In addition to full executive search assignments, KJ Advice offers a targeted calibration service for organisations that have an ongoing recruitment process and want an independent external perspective.

This includes a review of the role brief and search strategy, sparring on candidate criteria, and the identification of external benchmark candidates through market mapping — giving you a calibrated view of the available talent pool and strengthening the quality of your hiring decision.
